Yes it's true! I've just heard that Great Battles Medieval is due for release around the end of the summer!
Can't wait to get my hands on a copy, as I love these types of games (they don't make enough of them if you ask me), and it's going to have been well worth the wait!

I have just noticed that Great Battles Medieval on PS3, 360 and PC is going to release before Christmas !!!!!
I saw this on a forum that said it would be released at the end of September 2010 !!!!
I can't wait for this game.

Good Morning all,
i am a massive fan of these sort of games and when i looked at the preview for the game i was over the moon. However it looks like this item will never come to the market as all the major game suppliers are saying that is not available and may never be available.
I am not aware of any other PS3 game like this and i think that this is a major oversight by Sony. There are people like me out there screaming for this.
